The world premiere of the documentary series CRUYFF will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. On this special evening, we’ll pay a grand tribute to Johan Cruyff at the Johan Cruyff ArenA.

The premiere will be held at the Johan Cruyff ArenA in Amsterdam, an iconic venue that perfectly embodies everything Johan Cruyff stood for.

Stadium open: 18:00.

End of the program: approximately 22:15.

Get ready for a truly unique and emotional experience filled with football, inspiration, and unforgettable moments. Together with more than 50,000 fans, you’ll take part in a spectacular tribute to the man who changed the game forever.

During the evening, two episodes of the CRUYFF documentary series will be screened. The series is produced by Lusus Media in collaboration with Oscar-winning producer James Gay-Rees (Amy, Senna). Each episode runs for approximately 45 minutes and features never-before-seen footage, exclusive audio recordings in which Cruyff tells his own life story, and special interviews with those who knew him best.

The screenings will be preceded by a special pre-show celebrating Johan Cruyff’s legacy, his vision, his understanding of the game, and the way he transformed football forever.

• The interest list opens on November 13, 2025.

• The priority sales period for registered fans begins around November 24, 2025.

• General ticket sales start end of November 2025.

Ticket prices range between €22.50 and €35, depending on the category. Service fees will be added; you will see them automatically in your shopping cart during checkout. The different ticket categories will be visible on the website and in the ticket shop as soon as it goes live.

You can order a maximum of 20 tickets. If you want to attend the Cruijff Première with more than 20 people, please submit a group request via this form.

You will receive your tickets approximately two weeks before the event by email. Your tickets can also be accessed in your Ticketmaster account.

During the Cruijff Première, multiple screens will hang from the ceiling across the stadium, so you’ll have a good view from every seat.

The documentary is multilingual (Dutch, Spanish, and English) and will be fully subtitled in Dutch during the premiere.

The four-part CRUYFF series will be broadcast by NTR after the premiere.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

No. The Eredivisie match between Feyenoord and Ajax takes place on Sunday, 22 March at 14:30, while the Cruyff Premiere is on Saturday evening, 21 March 2026.

Parking tickets are not available for the Cruyff Premiere. You can use the regular parking facilities around the Johan Cruyff ArenA. Please note that it can be busy due to other concerts and events, so we recommend planning your journey in advance.
